Method of preparation: Boil 2L of water, empty the contents (200g ) into the boiling water and stir once. After closing the vessel switch off the flame and keep aside for 7-10 min /till it becomes soft. Drain the excess water and rinse with cold water.
Quick Macaroni recipe: Heat 100g butter in a vessel/pan, add finely chopped Ginger(2tsp) ,Garlic(2 tsp) and Big onion(4 nos.medium sized) mix well and sauté well till the onions become translucent or its raw aroma goes away. Then add finely chopped Tomato (1nos ,big sized)and cook well till they soften and become pulpy. Add salt to taste and 2 tbsp of Tomato sauce and 2 tsp of pepper powder (preferably white pepper) .Mix well with cooked Macaroni. Remove from flame and serve warm .
