Method of preparation
Ingredients: Boiled chinese potato - 300g, Small onion - 5-6 nos, Garlic - 3-4 nos, Crushed chilli - 3tsp, Curry leaves - 1-2 sprig, Coconut oil - 3 tbsp.
Ingredients: Boiled chinese potato - 300g, Small onion - 5-6 nos, Garlic - 3-4 nos, Crushed chilli - 3tsp, Curry leaves - 1-2 sprig, Coconut oil - 3 tbsp.
Heat coconut oil in a pan.
Add crushed small onion and garlic, saute it till turns light brown in color and add crushed red chilli and curry leaves and stir for couple of minutes.
Empty the whole contents of this pack and mix well on low flame add salt, if required.
Simmer for about 5 minutes. (Note: If you prefer them to be browned & crisp, add little more oil and stir - fry at medium heat for some more time).
Remove from the fire and serve with rice of your choice & Enjoy!
